We are looking for experienced Human Resources Coordinator / Training Manager in the Hotel Sphere to join our fantastic and enthusiastic Team (CV without photo will not be accepted).
Training and development – the need to equip operative level staff with team working and interpersonal skills and managers with new leadership style
You will be responsible for:

The recruitment process for vacant & new positions

On-Boarding and Induction of new joiners

Compliance to the Qatar Labour Law
Desired Skills & Qualifications:

BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
-
Additional diploma in Hotel Management is a plus
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR role in a 5 star hotel environment

Fluent in English, Arabic speaking candidates will have advantage
